The site has no forms, does not ask you to register and does not use cookies. We do not collect data for profiling or advertising.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare Inc. When you open a page, the servers record technical data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type. This keeps the site working and protects it from abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare may process this data outside the European Union, with the safeguards the GDPR requires.

If you call us, send us an email or a WhatsApp message, we use your number, your address and what you write only to reply to you. We keep them for as long as it takes to deal with your request. WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own privacy policy.

The site links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and Instagram. When you open them you leave sannino.it, and their own privacy policies apply.

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy. Just write to the addresses above. You can also send a complaint to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it, the Italian data protection authority.
